Cancellation and Amendment:

Shipping and Delivery:
Shipments within Riyadh are completed on the same day or within two business days. Outside Riyadh, shipments are completed within two to six business days, excluding official holidays and weekends.
Shipping outside Saudi Arabia:
- Customs fees may vary from time to time depending on the customs policy of each country.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is not collected in Saudi Arabia on international orders.
- The total shown on the order is the price of the products and the shipping fees. Any additional amounts collected by customs after shipment are not attributable to the store.
Value Added Tax:
Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of your order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products sold in the store.
